Hmm?

TUMBLR?

what do you guys think? I'm considering changing my blogging world over to tumblr, want the link?

www.thistakestwo.tumblr.com

Comment if you care, I'll still post on here though. (:

BUT TO CATCH UP, I've been Facebook free (other than last sunday, when I was allowed) for almost two weeks! My musical is THIS THURSDAY and rehearsals have been absolutely mad. I have multiple science projects coming up, and I'm so bombarded with work that I don't even realize I'm not able to go on facebook!

I'm FINALLY watching Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, then I can watch Deathly Hallows later and catch up (I'm so behind) and.. oh... I'm learning to talk with a British accent! (:

What An Amazing Day!(:

WOOPS.

I'm horrible at being up-to-date with these kind of things.

I'll get better... really.

Let me catch you up(:

Got through the rest of the week-

NO FACEBOOK

Sunday, however, I was allowed to... because it's some sort of "exception" to the Lent rule. So I facebooked. But ONLY FROM MY IPHONE. No serious damage was done. I went on a roadtrip this weekend! (: With my family (including sister and grandma), we went to THE BILTMORE.

Biggest. House. In. America.
I could write a whole huge post on how awesome it is. If you get the chance to go see it, see it. Really. My musical is NEXT WEEK. Holy Poo. Click HERE to see the official website for the musical we're doing! Rehearsals are going to nine every day now, and they start two hours after school starts. Two hours of staying at school, running the track and bumping into random people, doing our homework, screaming and dancing, prank calling everyone we can think of, and just plain freaking out.

2011 Spring Musical, lets get it on.

Anywho, TOMORROW IS A HALFDAY
I'm spending the free half with Jennifer and Giana, my "two one true loves"!!!! We're going to a Mexican restaurant, then to the park to act like little kids.

I love my life.

After Test Blogging

Well hello(:

I just finished a test, and we don't have an assignment, so people have their computers out. Everything fun to do is blocked (which I understand, we have to focus...) on these computers, except for blogger. So I thought I'd do a little in-class blogging! :)

I made it through the first day of lent-

FACEBOOK FREE FOR 1 DAY

and I'm looking forward to being able to go back and tell people "Yeah, I went Facebook free for almost 40 days." I'm thinking of not even using it on Sundays, just to go for the challenge. I mean, it's not really giving it up if you let yourself have it one day a week. It's like giving up chocolate, except for that one m & m. M&Ms are addicting, and one is never just one. Neither is going on Facebook. So hopefully I wont use it at all for the next 40 days! WISH ME LUCK!

I'm sitting next to my wonderful friend Katy(: I had a small section in my blog a few days ago about her, she's still writing her essays for this test, and she's working hard. She's such a good actor and singer, and photographer, and dancer... she was made for the arts. Behind me are Jennifer and Giana, two girls that I had met in the past but got really close with this year. I have a feeling they're trying to look over my shoulder as I type this, but they're just nosey like that. The people in this classroom are among my favorite people in this school. (I'm in Acting, btdubs) They understand me, even though no two people in here are the same. They have similar interests as me, but we do different things with our lives. They appreciate the arts, which means the most to me. I can hear guitar in the background, because that class is right next to us. All this guy is doing (beginners class) is strumming, but I still love it. I have this thing with music... It can just be a simple pulse on a drum or a guitar, but I will love it. I don't know why, but music is my life. Acting is my passion. Photography is my hobby. Writing is my love. Simple as that.

In a matter of minutes I will be going to my next class, a core class. I don't mind it... we have to take them. I just really want to go home right now. It's almost the weekend (YAY!) and I've been dying to sleep in since I fell asleep too late for my own good Sunday night. I have a lot on my plate right now, but I'm ready for seconds.

I hope that makes at least some sense.

I'm ranting. Ew. I always do that, and if you read my other blog you already knew that. So I'm going to say goodbye now, til next time!

This Weekend Was-

Hey all(:

Well, tomorrow is Ash Wednesday- The start of lent. But TODAY is Fat Tuesday(: I hope you ate up! I'm so exhausted. It doesn't make a difference if I get 4 hours of sleep or 8, I'm so tired every day. It's not logical to me at all. I hate it. Tomorrow I'm going to be extra hard because I have a rehearsal for band an hour before school starts. Our contest is in three week-s THREE WEEKS! We're almost ready!

For anyone who wanted the deets about this weekend, I had fun, and I hung out with my friends, but what I hoped for didn't happen. Sorry, guys! I had two projects due Monday, so I was stressed all weekend. Today, though, was a nice load off. Rehearsals are both tense and fun, as we are only three weeks from our production (I'll explain later), and it takes the edge off of schoolwork. My grades are going up, everything is starting to make more sense, and I'm generally happier!

:) What a great mood to be in

On a heavier note- tomorrow starts lent, 40 days before Easter starting on Ash Wednesday where I am expected to give up something. The most challenging thing I use the most is facebook, so (after much inner-fighting) I decided to give it up. I'm so nervous, and so excited.

My prediction is I'm going to get more sleep, my grades will go up even more, and I will be less stressed. However, I won't know that much about friends that I keep in touch with on facebook. I'm not looking forward to that part.

This will be interesting!

Before I go, I wanted to say a little bit about "Polyvore"- this amazing website that i've come to be addicted to. I just wanted to include one simple picture of an outfit I designed for my friend, Katy. She has her own blog (www.sweettearedhead.blogspot.com) and this is a great interpretation of her style! :)

Scattered Weekend

What a weekend. I have two projects due Monday. Therefore, I'm trapped up in my room trying to put elements into a coloring book for science, and trying to get characters from six different stories to attend a dinner party.

Gross.

Anyways, last night was great:) I had family over, which doesn't sound like it'd be a party, but when your family is as big as mine it is. My cousin Koryn and I used to hate eachother, because we're only two years apart. I swear, we get closer the older we get- I love it. We spent the night listening to singing horses (http://www.dennyweb.com/singing_horses.htm) or just talking. That was the definition of fun for me, because I can tell her anything.

Do you guys have someone like that?

Sometimes I feel like thats how blogging is...

Tomorrow might be awesome. Might. Or, I could be trapped in my room all day doing nothing. Stay tuned and I'll let you know what happens(:

Sorry for the vague posts, I don't want to give things away that haven't happened yet. I'll leave you with a quote that'll make you smile:

Live Like We're...

Live Like We're Dying- Kris Allen

That used to be my friend Claire's favorite song. I understand why, I love the message.

Hi, my names Emma, I'm bubbly, artsy, and silly... but I can be deep at the same time. I just wanted to introduce myself because you're going to be getting to know me a lot on this old blog. :)

Music is my life, I've loved it since I could talk, but really anything arts related is a passion for me. But overall, I just love life. I'm prolife- let's get that out of the way now- and I think life's just an amazing thing. I'm a devoted Christian, and anything I believe in I stand up for. Hopefully you're not suicidal, but if you are or know someone who is, this could get you thinking!

Every single day we're offered the chance to start over again. Every morning when we wake up, we can do something different. We can completely change how we live. Sometimes we don't realize that, or we get caught up in a situation and it just tears us apart.

It's crazy.

I just wanted to say what the title of this blog is- Run and Tell It. Life is amazing. Things that happen are amazing. Sometimes they suck. No matter what happens, it's good to tell someone. I always tell people what's going on in my life. I just have to. So run and tell it. (:

Well, I'm not going to go all deep today. Just wanted to give you guys a good first impression of me! :)
I'll leave you with a question:

Live Like We're Dying is kind of a depressing sentence, because who wants to live their whole life thinking about the fact that we're just going to die? We have all this time... and we need to take advantage of it. So how would you finish this?
